Corrections and support

This is the message we most want to receive. If a number looks wrong, a breed record is out of date, or a link is broken, send the page URL and what you expected instead — a source link if you have one. We aim to acknowledge within five business days. Anything where a published figure could lead someone to underfeed or overfeed an animal jumps the queue and is handled the same day we see it.

Corrections from veterinarians, breeders, shelter staff and insurance professionals carry real weight here, and we will credit you on editorial standards if you would like us to.

Privacy, data and deletion

To ask what we hold against your email address, or to have a saved result deleted before its automatic one-year expiry, email the same address with the subject “Data request”. We action deletions within 30 days and confirm when it is done. The full detail of what is stored and why is on our privacy page.

Press and partnerships

Happy to explain the methodology, share how a figure was derived, or discuss a partnership. Please say up front which page or model you are asking about so we can answer precisely. We do not accept paid placements, guest posts, or link insertions, and we do not change an estimate in exchange for a commercial relationship.

What we cannot do

We cannot give veterinary advice, diagnose a pet, quote an insurance premium, or intervene in a claim. For anything clinical, contact your veterinarian; for anything about a specific policy, contact that insurer directly.
